采購注意事項：
1. 該系列桶夾一次只能搬運4個高度相同的圓桶。（桶的高度差不大于25mm，桶水平間隔距離不超過50mm都可以自動適應）
2. 門的高度以及空間高度： 抓桶后，叉車門架提高，能否自如進出倉庫和車間的大門。 抓桶和放桶的時候，空間高度是否足夠叉車門架提升。
3. 叉車貨叉的升高： 采用標準3米升高的叉車，只可以在平地上面，進行2層桶的堆碼和裝卸。 采用標準3米升高的叉車，只可以對標準卡車進行1層桶的堆碼和裝卸。
4EL型和4ES型四桶夾的區(qū)別：
1. 4E系列四桶夾主要是對托盤上面的四個桶進行作業(yè)，或者將四個擺放比較整齊的桶裝上托盤，效率相當高，適用于大批量桶需要搬運的場合。
但是如果四個桶沒有擺放在一起，則效率較低。且每次作業(yè)，整個四套鷹嘴機構全部動作一次，磨損較快。
2. 由于4EL型高四桶夾的芯架較長，所以在抓取一個桶的時候可以對桶提供支撐。該桶夾可以抓取1到4個桶。
由于4ES型矮四桶夾的芯架較短，所以在抓取一個桶的時候桶沒有支撐，會傾斜滑落。該桶夾一次只能抓取4個桶，4個桶相互提供支撐。
3. 4ES型矮四桶夾主要是對集裝箱內或托盤上擺放整齊的四個桶進行裝卸。
一般桶高是890mm，兩層的高度是1780mm，加上短四桶夾的高度420mm，總高度是2200mm。集裝箱的內空高度是2300mm左右。
4EL型高四桶夾也可以進行集裝箱作業(yè)，但是在裝卸第二層桶的時候，只能使用前面的兩對鷹嘴抓取兩個桶。
1.使叉車門架直立，使桶夾的頂部與地面平行。這種水平狀態(tài)能夠使桶夾芯架和鷹嘴機構垂直起落，更容易工作，不會損壞桶。
2.要抓取油桶，叉車司機應該將貨叉和桶夾提升到桶的上方，并將桶夾芯架對準四個桶的中心，慢慢落下貨叉，使桶夾完全坐在桶的頂部，然后再提升貨叉，鷹嘴就會自動抓住四個桶。
3.要釋放油桶，簡單地按相反的程序進行操作。將貨叉和桶夾落下，這樣油桶就會落到地面或者托盤上面，并注意一直下落使芯架完全下落坐在油桶上面。再次提升桶夾，油桶便會自動與桶夾脫離了。

Cautions：
1. The unit can handle four drums only at the same height, but the unit can handle four drums within 25mm in height difference and four drums apart within 50mm in surface distance.
2. The height for doors and space: After the carriage is lifted and the drums are picked up, the forklift can go in and out freely through the doors of the warehouse and workshop.
The space should be high enough for the pickup and release of drums.
3. Max lifting height of a forklift: With a 3M-lift forklift truck, the attachment can do two stacks of drums on the floor.
With a 3M-lift forklift truck, the attachment can do just one stack only on regular trucks from the floor.
